When you buy a website from us, 12 months hosting comes standard as part of your package. Once the 12 months expires you may continue your hosting option with us. We will give you plenty of notice that your hosting is about to expire and all you need to do is advise us if you wish to continue.

CMS support: Support is limited to general assistance with the CMS back-end. Any change in the design or extra requirements such as more pages or modules may incur extra charges. Click here to see a list of chargeable extras. Phone support hours are 8.00am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your web hosting at any time, by advising us in writing (via This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) the date you wish the hosting to cease. We will calculate the hosting used as a daily rate and invoice you the outstanding amount. Once your account is paid in full, we will release all intellectual property to you within 24 hours and relinquish all rights free of charge.
